Day 1: Arrive Jaipur- Dinner @ Chokhi Dhani

On reaching your hotel at Jaipur, you will be greeted and welcomed at the hotel lobby. Check in and relax in your room. Day is free at your own leisure. Get ready in the evening for visiting Chokhi Dhani. Your pick and drop will be provided in an air conditioned vehicle from the hotel itself.

Capture the spirit of Rajasthan at Chokhi Dhani, a unique village restaurant that ensures a perfect Rajasthani experience. A world of its own, with quant mud and thatch dwellings take you away from the urban life right into the right blend of traditions- modern amenities in typical ethnic environment. Chokhi Dhani is a fun filled place that is sure to give you a unique experience with perfect hospitality. A lip smacking scrumptious dinner is included in your visit. After having your fill at food and fun, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Jaipur - Half day City Tour

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and get ready for Jaipur City Tour. In this half day city tour of Jaipur, you would cover Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar and Albert Hall.

Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), built by the poet king Sawai Pratap Singh is Jaipur’s grandstand. This five storey building made in pink sandstone is an amazing piece of Rajput architecture with its delicately honeycombed 953 windows known as 'jharokhas'. These windows were made for the royal ladies to watch everyday life in the city from their veiled comfort.

City Palace is located in the heart of the walled city and gives you an insight in the farsightedness of Jaipur’s founder, Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh. He has left behind a legacy of some of the most imposing and magnificent architecture in the city. The City Palace is a blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture and the ex-royal family still lives in a part of the palace.

Jantar Mantar is considered to be one of the largest observatories ever built. Combining religion, science and art, Jantar Mantar is the name given to a series of five, magnificent structures built in Jaipur, New Delhi, Ujjan, Varanasi and Mathura. Jantar Mantar, Jaipur is considered to be the largest of the five observatories and also houses the world's largest sundial.

Albert Hall provides a very pleasant experience to its visitors. Starting with the majestic gates to hundreds of years old trees, wide green grounds and the magnificent Palace built in Hindu- Gothic architectural style. The whole experience carries you to an era where architecture included detailed beautification of every minute spot.

Rest of the day is free for your own leisure. You could go shopping or make a visit to Amber Fort. Overnight stay at the hotel. (B)

Day 3: Departure

Wake up early to catch stunning views of sunrise over the beautiful city. Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Rush for some quick last minute shopping. Check out from the hotel and bid goodbyes to Jaipur. Transfer to airport or railway station for your onward / return journey.

Online Booking Procedure

To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.

You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:

When your visa is successfully done.
Your hotel rooms are booked.
Your Flights are confirmed.
Any other inclusion in the package.

Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
Complimentary Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours (if any) shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
All Tours & Transfers are outsourced facility and the hotel has no control on the profile and behavior of fellow passengers on board, moreover the hotel is not responsible for the safety and security of the in-house guests availing the same.
Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
Mini bar facility available in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
