Day 1: Arrive Bagdogra- Drive to Kalimpong

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, our local tour representative will meet you at the specified area and transfer you to Kalimpong (75 kms, approx. 1.5 hours drive). Kalimpong is an enchanting destination tucked away in tranquil settings near Darjeeling. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later after some rest, you can step out and take a walk in the nearby areas to witness the beauty of the place.

Day 2: Kalimpong- Drive to Gangtok

Wake up to one of the most tranquil mornings and enjoy breakfast. Proceed for local sightseeing of Kalimpong. Visit Dello, also known as Deolo Hill, a small and peaceful Himalayan hamlet. Further to Orchid Nursery to see a wide variety of orchids blooming in a large area. Feel the enlightened radiance at Dr. Grahams Home, the famous temple Mangal Dham and the Buddhist Monastery, located atop Durpin Hill. Enjoy a leisurely walk at Rishi Bankim Park and return to hotel. Check out and drive to Gangtok. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax.

Day 3: Gangtok- Full Day Local Sightseeing

Wake up early, have a fill at morning breakfast and set out to cover breathtaking sights of Gangtok. Visit Hanuman Talk, Ganesh Talk and Tashi View Points. Further, proceed to the seven best offerings of the city being Rumtek Monastery/ Jhakri Water Falls, Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms (Closed on Sunday), Cable Car (Own Ticket), Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Do-Dul-Chorten (Stupa), Botanical Gardens & Flower show. After local sightseeing, the evening is free for your own leisure and local shopping.

Day 4: Gangtok- Tsomgo Lake Day Excursion

Wake up to a beautiful morning and take a fill at morning breakfast. Today we’ll go for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Timing will depend on the issuance of Permit). Situated at a height of 3,780 meters with an average depth of 50 ft, the lake offers serene and breathtaking beauty with sparkling blue water. Just on the lake side, visit the Baba Mandir, temple of Lord Shiva built in memory of sepoy Harbhajan Singh. Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place. Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen. Later return back to hotel in Gangtok and retire in your cozy bed for a relaxed sleep.

Day 5: Gangtok- Drive to Pelling (116 kms)

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Pelling (116 kms, approx. 2.5 hours drive). Pelling, locally known as Pemayangtse, a small Himalayan village in West Sikkim is the nearest motorable point from Mt. Kanchendzonga. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later after some rest, you can step out to soak in the sheer beauty and peace of the surroundings.

Day 6: Pelling- Full Day Local Sightseeing

Wake up to an enchanting morning with mesmerising sunrise and views of Kanchendzonga and the entire Eastern Himalayan range. Take a fill at morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. Today we proceed for a full day sightseeing of the city. In the first half of the day, visit Rimbi Waterfalls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kanchandzonga Waterfalls and the sacred Khecheopalri Wish Lake. In the second half of the day, visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabedentse Ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim), Tikjuk View Point and the Helipad ground. Later return to hotel and relax.

Day 7: Pelling- Drive Darjeeling (75 kms)

Take a fill at morning breakfast at hotel and check out from the hotel. Today proceed for your further drive to Darjeeling (75 kms, approx. 2 hours drive). Darjeeling is a destination of infinite charms that enchants its visitors. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later after some rest, you can step out and take a walk in the nearby areas to take the feel of the romantic atmosphere. Catch an early sleep as you are required to wake up very early next morning.

Day 8: Darjeeling- Local Sightseeing

Today early morning at 4.00 AM, step out to visit Tiger Hill, the famous spot to witness a beautiful sunrise with amazing colour effects on Mt. Kanchendzonga, world’s third highest peak. Also visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop while returning back to the hotel. Take a fill at morning breakfast at hotel and later proceed to visit the most famous 7 points that Darjeeling offers. It includes the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & PN Zoological Park (both closed on Thursday), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Self Help Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer views), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda & Ropeway (operational, ropeway ride charges to be paid directly by the guest). Later, evening is free at leisure. You can explore the local markets in this time.

Day 9: Darjeeling- Drive Mirik- Darjeeling

Wake up to a beautiful morning, take a fill at morning breakfast and drive to Mirik (60kms, 2.5 hours drive one way). Mirik is a small yet picturesque hill station located 5100ft (1761m) above sea level. It is a spectacular drive to Mirik through fascinating tea gardens and pine forests. Visit the beautiful lake surrounded by forested hills on all sides and mesmerising views of Mt Kanchenjunga. Here you can enjoy boating and horse riding (direct payment by guest for both). Later in the afternoon return back to Darjeeling via PASHUPATI MARKET on Nepal India border (need extra vehicle to enter into the market, direct payment). Evening is free on your own.

Day 10: Darjeeling- Departure at Bagdogra

Today morning, laze up in your cozy bed followed by an extensive breakfast. Later check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for your return/onward journey.

    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults traveling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • Complimentary Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
    Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
    Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
    Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
    These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
