Package Options:
Day 1: Arrive Bagdogra- Drive to Gangtok

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, our local tour representative will meet you at the specified area and transfer you to Gangtok (135 kms, approx. 4 hours drive). Gangtok is a tranquil destination with awe striking natural beauty and cleanliness. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later after some rest, you can step out and take a walk in the nearby areas to take the feel of the romantic atmosphere. Later snug into your cozy bed for a relaxed sleep.

Day 2: Gangtok- Tsomgo Lake Day Excursion

Wake up to a beautiful morning and take a fill at morning breakfast. Today we’ll go for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Timing will depend on the issuance of Permit). Situated at a height of 3,780 meters with an average depth of 50 ft, the lake offers serene and breathtaking beauty with sparkling blue water. Just on the lake side, visit the Baba Mandir, temple of Lord Shiva built in memory of sepoy Harbhajan Singh. Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place. Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen. Later return back to hotel in Gangtok and retire in your cozy bed for a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Gangtok- Drive to Lachen (107 kms)

Today morning have your breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Lachen via Chungthang. (Timing will depend on the issuance of Permit). 40 kms from Gangtok, Chungthang is a quiet and picturesque hamlet on higher Himalayas and famous for its proximity to Khangchendzonga National Park. Proceed for Lachen and have lunch en route. At an altitude of 8500 feet, Lachen is a simple yet absolutely alluring destination. Check in at hotel on arrival and after relaxing for a while, step out and explore the nearby areas. Stroll in the mesmerising environs, see the simple local life of the ‘Lachenpas’ and you can also go to the Lachen Gompa. Later return to hotel for dinner.

Day 4: Lachen Sightseeing- Drive to Lachung

Excursion to Thangu & Gurudongmar Lake

Wake up to a vibrant morning and take a walk in the pristine natural settings that rejuvenate you in the most unique way. Take a fill at morning breakfast at hotel and set out for an exciting excursion trip to Thangu and Gurudongmar Lake (depends on weather and permit). 30 kms from Lachen, see the wide valley of Thangu located at an altitude of 13000 feet. In summers it is a beautiful carpet of alpine flowers that replaces a blanket of snow in winters. Visit the Thangu Lake, known as one of the most sacred lakes and further proceed for Gurudongmar Lake, located at an altitude of 17,100 feet above sea level. Only Indian Nationals are allowed to visit this place. One of the highest lakes in the world, it offers a majestic sight of emerald blue water surrounded by snow capped mountains and a glacier. Take long breaths as the altitude is very high and may cause breathing problem. En route have lunch and further drive to Lachung. En route see the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang and the Bhim Nala falls as well. On arrival check in at hotel on arrival and relax. Rest of the evening is free at your own leisure. You can go out to visit Lachung Monastery.

Day 6: Lachung- Drive to Gangtok (165 kms)

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and leave for Gangtok. (150 kms, approx 5-6 hours drive) En route we take stops at Singhik and Mangan. If it is clear weather, you may see Khangchendzonga Range. Take majestic views of numerous snow clad mountain peaks being Mt. Pandim, Mt. Kabru, Mt. Simvo, Mt. Jopuno, Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu on a clear sky day. If time permits, we also visit Phodong Monastery on the way. On arrival check in at hotel and relax.

Day 7: Gangtok- Departure at Bagdogra

Today morning, laze up in your cozy bed followed by an extensive breakfast. Later check out from the hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Railway Station for your return/onward journey.

Day5: Lachung- Excursion to Yumthang Valley

Wake up to stunning views of sunrise over the snow clad peaks. Have a fill at morning breakfast and proceed for a visit to Yumthang Valley, famous for a variety of blooming Rhododendrons. Situated at a height of 11800 feet, Yumthang is the grazing ground of yaks in summer and playground of yetis in winter. After enjoying in this beautiful valley, we start our return journey. On the way back, visit the Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Rest of the day is at leisure.

  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:

  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults traveling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • Complimentary Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
    Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
    Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
    Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
    These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
