Package Options:
Day 1: Arrive Srinagar & Transfer- Sonamarg

Arrive at Srinagar airport and transfer to the city. In the afternoon, you will take a Shikara (boat) ride in the back waters of the lake. Later board the vehicles and transfer to Sonamarg. On arrival check in to the hotel & relax. Spend the rest of the evening at own leisure. Retrun back to the hotel and have your dinner.

Day 2: Sonamarg to Gulmarg

After breakfast, check out from the hotel & proceed for a sightseeing of Thajwaas Glacier. After exploring this beautiful landscapes we will leave for another famous mountain resort. The resort is located on a high mountain plate, and is closely associated with some famous winter sports held every year. Enjoy the drive through rice fields and small towns and eventually drive uphill surrounded by thick pine forests to arrive at the bowl shaped open meadow of Gulmarg. Known locally by the name of Valley of Flowers the resort is encircled by huge mountains, glistening with their snow capped peaks and lush forests. On arrival, transfer to the hotel for Check in. Later board the Swiss styled Gondola that takes you to the top of the mountain and provides a rare sight of the valley. Later return to the hotel and have dinner.

Day 3: Gulmarg to Pahalgam

After breakfast at the hotel, pack your bags & check out from the hotel as today you will drive on much of the route that leads to Srinagar. On the outskirts of the Srinagar city, we will drive on the national highway to stay in yet another mountain resort of Kashmir. The valley of Pahalgam locally known as The Shepherds Village is by far the most famous of the three resorts known in Kashmir. With lush tropical forests and beautiful rivers and streams, the valley is tucked deep into the mountains and is known for its beauty and landscape. Arrive in Pahalgam in the late afternoon and transfer to the hotel for check in. Later proceed for Sightseeing tour which includes a visit to the market and some walks along the river. Later return to the hotel and enjoy the dinner.

Day 4: Pahalgam to Srinagar

After having breakfast in the morning, check out from the hotel. Later spend your time to explore the valley and other side valleys today. Remaining day will be at leisure for individual activities. In the evening we will drive back to Srinagar. On arrival check in to the hotel & relax. Later enjoy your dinner.

Day 5: Departure

After having breakfast, check out from the Hotel & take transfer to the airport for your flight to onward destination. Hope you enjoyed a well spent 4 nights in touring the amazing mountain resorts. (B)

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

  • For Houseboats and Hotel stay- Due to heavy cold waves in parts of Jammu & Kashmir, the houseboats and Hotels are facing immense hardships in terms of water supply and irregular electricity therefore the water supply in washroom areas might be provided in buckets, etc.

  • For Gulmarg- In Case of heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snowjeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back so clients have to pay additional amount (as applicable) directly for a return trip.

  • Clients have to make direct payment for the below sightseeing points:
  • Pahalgam: Horse Riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley & Baisaran Valley.
  • Gulmarg: Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity.
  • Sonamarg:Horse Riding, Thajwass Glacier.

Terms & Conditions

  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • Complimentary Arrival / departure transfers & sightseeing tours shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon. Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the swimming pool facility.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility available in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
    Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
    Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
    Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs
    These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
